Family Holidays
Those of you who miss classes due to family holidays are welcome and encouraged to make up the time by attending additional classes when you come back. Please note however that this facility is only available during school holidays. (During term time all classes are full so this facility would not be viable.)
If you would like advice as to which classes would be suitable to make up time, ask your coach or phone the office on 08454 30 20 31.
Members' satisfaction survey
Congratulations to our coach Carole Hargreaves who achieved the highest overall score in the June members' satisfaction survey. She scored a very impressive average score of 9.042 out of 10.
Carole coaches pre-school trampolining at William Road. She also does mainstream and special needs trampolining holiday cover.
Many thanks to all of you who took the time to complete the survey. Your comments are really appreciated and help us to improve the service we and all the coaches provide.
Winner of the June prize draw which is included with the members' satisfaction survey was 5 year old Holly Boaks who attends Funfit classes at the Keys Centre. Holly wins for her parents, a three course meal for 2 with wine - courtesy of the Good Companions bar and restaurant in Hamsey Green.
Keys Centre closure for maintenance. Would you please note that there will be no classes at the Keys centre on Thursday 24th, Friday 25th and Saturday 26th August as the centre will be closed for maintenance on those dates .
Gymnastic class displays
The second gymnastic class displays are being held around now. The Friday displays were held on 30th June. The Monday displays are being held on 10th July for the 6.30 class and 17th July for the 5.30 class. Wednesday displays are on the 19th July. Parents are invited to watch. The purpose of the displays is to give parents an opportunity to see what their children are learning in their classes. It also gives children who would not normally want to take part in competitions an opportunity to perform in front of an audience without the pressure of a formal event. A medal is awarded in each class to the child who, in the opinion of the coaches, has made the most progress in gymnastics since the last display.
Summer Holiday Trampolining Mega Sessions
The Summer Holiday Trampoline Mega Sessions are on Wednesday 2nd August and Wednesday 16th August from 12.45 to 2.45.
They will be held at The Rebound Hall, Caterham on the Hill. Cost is £7.80.

Summer Holiday Fundays
The Summer Holiday Fundays are on Thursday 3rd August and Thursday 17th August and will be held as before at the Keys Centre in Horley. Children living in the Caterham district will travel by coach from The Rebound Hall in William Road, Caterham on the Hill, leaving at 9.30am. They will return again at 4.30pm. Cost is £16.50.
Children living closer to Horley, can make their own way to the Keys Centre and the cost is reduced to £13.50. Times are 11.00am to 3.00pm. Places are limited-please book early to avoid being disappointed.
Recent competitions
June's Inter Club Trampolining Competition was held on 10th June at the Keys Centre in Horley.
Again, several children competed for the very first time in this competition, which is very encouraging and indicates that our coaches are doing an excellent job of helping children to improve.

June's Acro and tumbling competition was also held at the Keys Centre on 24th June and members of the Monday 6.30 and Friday 7.00 gymnastics classes took part. Certificates of achievement were issued to all competitors and medals were awarded to the winning members of each category.

Inter Club Trampolining Competition all grades. Sunday 8th October at Royal Alexandra & Albert School, Gatton Park, Reigate. Starts 2.00pm.
Floor and Vault Competition. November. Date and venue to be confirmed..
Possible new adult classes.
Stacey is gauging the interest in starting an adults gymnastics class. It will be held on Thurdsday evenings at around 6.30 at the Keys Centre in Horley.
And Sue is also gauging the interest in
starting an adults trampolining class in Horley.

Adam Reynolds has joined us as a trampolining and gymnastics coach. He will also be assisting Paul and Shirley with much of the clubs' administrative work..

Thursday 5.30, Friday 4.00, Saturday 11.00, 12.00 and 1.00 at William Road.
