Gymnastics

Beginners - Fridays: 5:00 - 6:00pm, Saturdays: 11.00 to 12.00pm
Improvers - Fridays: 6:00 - 7:00pm, Saturdays: 12.00 to 1.00pm
Advanced - Fridays: 7:00 - 8:00pm, Saturdays: 1.00 to 2.00pm
Boys only class - Thursdays 6.30 to 7.30pm
Adults - Thursdays 7.30 to 9.00pm

Trampolining

 Thursdays: 4:45 - 5:45pm, 5:45 - 6:45pm, 6.45 to 7.45pm
and 7.45 to 8.45pm (adults class)
Fridays: 5:00 - 6:00pm, 6:00 - 7:00pm, 7:00 - 8:00pm
and 8:00 - 9.00pm (adults class)
Saturdays: 11.00 to 12.00pm and 12.00 to 1.00pm

Funfit

 Combined gymnastics and trampolining classes with an emphasis on fun.
Saturdays: 9:00 - 10:00pm and 10:00 - 11:00pm
Suggested age guidelines are:
9.00 class - Pre-school children from 2¼ and older siblings
10.00 class: 4 to 7 years
