Christmas Funday and Mega Session
Book early, 
The Christmas Funday is on Thursday 23rd December and will be held as before at the Keys Centre in Horley. Children living in the Caterham district will travel by coach from The Rebound Hall in William Road, Caterham on the Hill, leaving at 9.30am. They will return again at 4.30pm. Cost is £15.
Children living closer to Horley, can make their own way to the Keys Centre and the cost is reduced to £12. Times are 11.00am to 3.00pm.
The Christmas Trampoline Mega Session is on Wednesday 22nd December from 12.45 to 2.45 and will be held at The Rebound Hall, Caterham on the Hill. Cost is £7.20.
Leaflets will be going out shortly, but if you wish to book now to guarantee a place, please drop a line to the office with your payment made payable to Saturn V. The address is:

Saturn V on the TV!
The new web based TV station IWTV is due to be lauched before Christmas. It is a sports channel showing coaching video clips for many sports. We are very pleased to say that Saturn V were chosen to produce the first gymnastics and trampolining coaching videos for the UK. Paul and Shirley were the tutors being filmed and Jade D'Souza and Lauren Dimery were the demonstrators. The TV channel is mainly intended for those with broadband, but I am told that if you are patient you should be able to view the video clips with a standard connection. We believe the web address will be www.iwtv.tv We will tell you if it is launched with a different address.
The Inter-club Trampoline competition
This will be on Sunday 7th November at de Stafford Sports Centre in Caterham. Start time is 2.00pm. It is now full so please do not send in any more entries. However you and your parents are still very welcome to come along and watch.
Next year we will be putting on at least 3 inter-club trampoline competitions due to the increasing popularity of the event.
The Inter-club Gymnastics Competition
This will be on Sunday 21st November at de Stafford Sports Centre in Caterham. This competition is for those in the advanced gymnastics classes. All of you however are very welcome to come along to watch.
Members' satisfaction survey
Congratulations to Vicky Patient who has again received the highest score in the members' satisfaction survey with an average 8.575 out of 10.

Many thanks to all of you who took the time to complete the survey. Your comments are really appreciated and help us to improve the service we and all the coaches provide.
Winner of the October prize draw which is included with the members' satisfaction survey was Anna McGregor. Anna is 10 years old and attends a Trampoline class at Warlingham Secondary School. She wins (for her parents) a 3 course meal for two with a bottle of wine, courtesy of the Horshoe Country Carvery in Warlingham.
The next survey will be e-mailed in January and the prize draw will be held on the 1st February.
Christmas Closure
All non school based branches will be closed for Christmas from 25th December to 3rd December, re-opening on Tuesday 4th December.
All clubs running in schools close and reopen in line with the school holidays.
NB. Kindergym classes also run during school term time only.
Safety on garden trampolines
We have heard of quite a few accidents on outdoor trampolines recently. Outdoor trampolines are great fun but a few safety rules need to be borne in mind.
They should be sited away from overhead branches and away from sheds. It is too tempting to try to jump and grab branches or to jump onto the trampoline from the shed roof. They should be at least 2 metres away from fences or walls. Please remember that you should never practice anything you have not been taught in your lesson. Always jump in the middle and when you want to get off, stop jumping and walk to the edge; never jump to the edge. Never jump on garden trampolines without a responsible adult present, and never, ever allow more than one person on the trampoline at a time - no matter how big your trampoline is. Stay safe and have fun!

Family Holidays
Those of you who miss classes due to family holidays are welcome and encouraged to make up the time by attending additional classes when you come back. Please note however that this facility is only available during school holidays. (During term time all classes are full so this facility would not be viable.)
